  1. Log on to your account using your Auckland Transport email address and your unique password
  2. If you have forgotten your password select ‘Forgot your password’, located above the 'Sign In' blue button. This will send you a link to your email address linked with your account to reset your password.
  3. Search for the item/s you are wanting to order by either looking through the items in the relevant category or searching for the product code or name in the search field located at the top right of our website.
  4. Add the item/s you require to your cart. When you have added item/s to your cart a blue number will appear next to the bag icon. This tells you how many items you have added to your cart.
  5. If you require more than one of any particular item, increase the quantity on the ‘Your cart’ page.
  6. If you need to remove an item select the ‘remove’ button (located under the product information of each item in your cart).
  7. Review your order to make sure you are happy with it and select ‘Checkout’.
  8. Review and update your shipping information if required. Please note, this is the address your order will be shipped to. If you do not know where to ship your order please get in touch with your manager.
  9. Once your shipping information has been reviewed select ‘Continue to shipping method.’
  10. Select ‘Continue to payment method.’
    Triple check your personal and shipping details. This is your final chance to make any updates.
    All orders are sent to your manager for approval.
  11. On the payment page you will see the following message: Select ‘Complete order.’

The system takes a few seconds to process your order.

An order confirmation will appear. Once your order has been approved we will ship your order to the address you have selected and email through your tracking details.
