Returns Policy

De Vere Apparel will exchange or credit any item purchased through uniforms.at.govt.nz within 10 working days from the original order date.

Items received for size or style exchange outside of this period will not be accepted.

For any orders missing items or tracking details, our team must be notified 10 days from when receiving a delivery receipt, to ensure correct follow up is actioned. 

We will cover the return courier fee for one return per order. Any additional returns for an order will be charged at our normal shipping rate. To organise an additional return please contact  enquiries@devere.co.nz

Returned items must be in original condition. Please ensure items are not worn, altered or washed. Items must have original tags and packaging attached. Please do not write on the tags.

We will assess the item once it has been returned to ensure it meets our criteria before a credit or exchange will be processed.

De Vere Apparel will happily replace any goods that have been assessed as a manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase.

De Vere Apparel will not replace any goods that have been altered or adjusted outside of our alterations provider.

Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or have been washed incorrectly are not considered to be a manufacturing fault

Any items outside of the 6 month period deemed faulty will be assessed on a case by case basis. De Vere Apparel will not accept returns for replacement of high use items outside of 12 months.

How to return an order?

1: Complete the Online Return Form here.

2: Repack merchandise in the packaging your order arrived in

3: Attach a pre-paid return Courier Post label to the packaging, you can request this by emailing enquiries@devere.co.nz

4: Book a courier to collect the parcel by entering the pick up details here

5: Drop in the outgoing mail (if applicable), New Zealand Post Shop or New Zealand Post Box

Faulty items

If you discover that your item has a factory fault, please fill in the Online Return Form here.

De Vere Apparel will happily repair or replace all goods that are classified as faulty after assessment. You will hear from us within 5 working days from the delivery of your faulty return.
